• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may take 5-7 business days to process

Custom Cake Orders

• Custom cake orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance
• Full payment is required for custom cake orders at least 7 days before delivery
• Custom cake quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
• Changes to custom cake orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Custom cake prices are based on size, design complexity, and ingredients
• We reserve the right to refuse custom cake orders that may be inappropriate or offensive
• Generated cake preview images are for reference purposes only and the final cake design may vary based on availability and bakery capabilities

AI Usage Terms

• The AI cake preview feature is provided for design inspiration only
• Users are limited to 5 AI preview generations per day to prevent system abuse
• We reserve the right to block or limit access to AI features for users who attempt to abuse the system
• Generated images are for reference only and do not guarantee the exact final product
• The bakery reserves the right to modify or adjust the final design based on technical feasibility and available resources

Reservations

• Table reservations are subject to availability
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Large group reservations (6+ people) require a deposit
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
• Special event reservations may require additional terms and conditions
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of emergencies

Order Terms

• All orders are subject to availability
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Orders must be placed during business hours
• Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of order
